Shipping Policy

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing Time
Please allow time for your order to be prepared before it is shipped. Because many of our products are handmade, customized, or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the item and order size.

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the USPS shipping service selected and your location. USPS delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by USPS.

Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped. Please allow time for USPS to scan and update the tracking information.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please double-check your name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact ShopWithLexLLC as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

USPS Delays
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier. ShopWithLexLLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact your local USPS office.

For packages that appear to be lost or delayed in transit, please contact ShopWithLexLLC so we can help provide any order or tracking information needed to assist with a USPS inquiry.

Returned Packages
If an order is returned to ShopWithLexLLC because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package shipped again.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Please keep processing time in mind when ordering customized or made-to-order products, especially for birthdays, holidays, parties, or other events. We recommend ordering early enough to allow time for production and USPS delivery.
